We would love for your business or organization to be apart of our June Festival. Our festival takes place every 3rd weekend in June at Veterans Point @ El Dorado Lake.

This years festival will take place June 21st - 23rd. Gates open on Friday at noon with activities running till 11pm. Saturday our gates open at 9am and we close at 11pm. On Sunday we have a church service, auction and closing ceremony by noon. We encourage all vendors to be on site on Friday and Saturdays. Most of our vendors leave at the conclusion of our Saturday night.

We are able to host food trucks, craft, retail, service businesses, and non-profit organizations. If you or your business cater to members of the public, we would love to have.

• No tables of display fixtures will be provided for your booth(s).

• Businesses are responsible for collecting and remiting sales tax to the state of Kansas. We do have current sales tax rates and special event tax reporting information available to help you. FAQ’s regarding sales tax, and any other information can be accessed at ksrevenue.org

• Your responsible for your own set up and supplies.

• We do have electricity and power outlets available(Large power consumption may be limited)

• Camp sites must be paid to the lake. We do not handle reservations.

• No fireworks. No illegal substances.

• Pets must be on a leash!
