K.V.F.R. Schedule of Events for 2009

         WE NEED YOUR HELP!        

Our Reunion is the second oldest continuously operating Veterans Reunion in the United States; and is in danger of having to close down! For the Reunion to continue to be presented, we need volunteers to keep it moving and growing! You don't have to be a veteran to be a volunteer, just willing to help.


We need people to staff our registration table, work the auctions and fund raising events, sell advertising, help in security & grounds, handle vendor & entertainment liasion, staff our medic area, and help with set-up and take down.


All you need to qualify is to have some time to share, love and respect for our Veterans, and the ability to do the work you wish to volunteer for! Volunteers are just that, VOLUNTEERS, as we are a not-for-profit operation, the staff members and workers serve without pay. We pay our entry fees to the Lake, and to the Reunion, just like everyone else. There are some 'perks' but the best payment for us is to see the happiness we bring to the Vets faces each year!
